Dismissed!
I had my first court date for my ticket from November 3rd last night. The city prosecutor dismissed it under the condition that I not get any more tickets for this same infraction in the next 6 months. I have a few things to say about all this but that will have to wait until I have more time to type. Just wanted to get the update out there.

Now that's just wrong.
Was there something in writing that notes the restrictions you were given? You didn't break the law, how can someone dismiss with conditions?
My citations were dismissed. No conditions, no restrictions.
Go out there, ride safe, screw 'em!
I guess technically it wasn't dismissed yet. I have a court date in July and if I haven't been ticketed for the same violation by then it will be dismissed.
